Wedding Service Agreement

If you are interested in booking my services, please confirm date availability first. Contracts and retainers are accepted only after availability has been confirmed for your specific date and time. 

Once your order and date are approved, you may download and complete the Wedding Services Agreement. See below. Once you email the signed agreement to Christi Murphy @ christi.murphy@ymail.com, Christi Murphy will issue a PayPal invoice for the required retainer.

Your wedding date and time are officially secured only after the signed contract and retainer payment has been received. An electronic receipt will be provided for your records.

When downloading the wedding service agreement below, be sure to fill in all necessary information first, (and then when downloading) be sure to click "SAVE AS....WITH CHANGES".  Otherwise, you will just be downloading the original blank document.
